Ryan and Erin Wilder grew up in Central Florida and recently moved their young family of five to Bradenton. After spending many weekends at the beach and visiting other Bradenton attractions, they fell in love with the endless summer vibe (who wouldn’t)? When an opportunity to purchase a restaurant in downtown Bradenton came up, they jumped at the chance and became part of the community.

Wilder's Pizza is a new restaurant at 827 14th St. West

(941-226-0000) in what was Rocco’s Pizza and Pasta. It is the culmination of Ryan's 15 years of pizza making experience. Ryan and Erin are Florida natives but their cooking roots come from first generation Italians that believed in doing it right. At Wilder’s Pizza they serve traditional hand tossed New York Italian style pizza and many other traditional Italian pastas, wings, salads and sandwiches.

 

The restaurant is great for gathering families, friends,

co-workers or hosting small meetings. Bring your sports team down after the game and everyone can find something they'll love to eat. Happy hour is from 4pm to 6pm from Monday through Friday serving beer and wine specials.
